Service Description

BRAND BLUEPRINT SESSION For the entrepreneur who knows what the business will be—and is ready to create a brand people will understand, trust, and remember. During this strategic session, we’ll define how your business should be positioned, what it should communicate, how it should look and feel, and what customers should experience when interacting with it. We’ll explore your brand personality, messaging, tagline direction, colors, logo style, customer promise, and memorable customer-experience opportunities. BEST FOR YOU IF: • You have a defined business idea but haven’t created the brand • You need help choosing the right message, colors, or visual direction • You want a meaningful brand instead of only a logo • You need a tagline or clearer way to explain your business • You want your brand and customer experience to feel intentional from the beginning PRIMARY OUTCOME: A personalized blueprint for building a clear, cohesive, and memorable brand. HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR BRAND BLUEPRINT SESSION Bring your main business question, not a perfect presentation. Start by writing one sentence that describes what you offer and who it is for. Then identify the point where you feel least clear: your audience, message, offer, or the way the business is presented. Materials that can help: your current website or social profile, a service or product description, and one or two examples of customer questions you keep receiving. Remove private customer details from anything you share. A brief written outline is enough when your idea does not yet have a website. A QUICK CLARITY EXERCISE Complete these three sentences before your appointment: “I want customers to understand ___.” “My current message says ___.” “The decision I need help making is ___.” The difference between the first two answers gives you a concrete issue to bring into the discussion. QUESTIONS WORTH BRINGING What might a new customer misunderstand about my offer? What information should my homepage explain first? Which parts of my message feel inconsistent? What should I clarify before spending more on design or promotion? Choose the questions that matter most to your business rather than trying to solve every issue at once. BEFORE YOU BOOK Review the session details, current price, available times, and booking policies shown in the booking process. For questions about whether a particular project fits this session, contact ICU Enterprises before reserving. This preparation guide does not change the deliverables or terms described above.
